Usage

The vacuum braze furnace is mainly used in aircraft component, automobile component, electric communication element, household appliances, heat interchanger and aluminum soldering, copper brazing, stainless steel brazing of radiator. Parts surface is bright because heating under vacuum state can remove oil and work-piece surface oxidation film and so on, and it doesn’t need soldering acid and cleaning after welding. It is divided into graphite furnace bravery, metal stove and graphite heating unit, molybdenum belt heating unit.

Feature

Single room, internal heat, cool wall, horizontal type or vertical structure, whole arrangement is compact and reasonable.
The heating chamber uses the multi-area temperature to control, assuring the strict uniformity request of furnace temperature.

Structure
|
The vacuum braze furnace is divided into vertical and the horizontal-type. According to the furnace temperature and the customer technological requirement, it uses the graphite either the molybdenum or the tungsten to make the heating element and the heat shield. Heating element is separable to arrange. Various areas control warm, programmable PID adjusts independently. The chamber may be wholly emigrated, and be advantageous for the maintenance. The gasification installment may fill the protection gas or the working gas sufficiently to the furnace, with the gasification current capacity adjustable. Providing internal recycling cooling system may accelerate the material to cool in the furnace, reduce the action cycle and favorable to improve the product quality and the working efficiency.
