The main structure composes of the furnace shell, the furnace lining, muffle, net belt, transmission system and electrical controlled system.
The furnace shell and the furnace cover are mainly made by bending and forming of the steel plate and then welding with the shaped steel, whose surface is fine artistic.
The furnace lining uses a ultra energy conservation structure, including the insulating layer of the hearth bottom lining uses a special insulating brick, the furnace cover’s insulating layer is made from the entire textile fiber acupuncture blanket module, which has many advantages, such as good heat insulation effect, low energy storage, small heat losses, good thermal shock resistance, convenienced overhaul and so on, which improves the furnace lining life-span greatly. And the parameters of the electric furnace’s power loss when it’s empty, the rised temperature of the fire walls and furnace temperature uniformity all surpass the national standards.
The muffle is welded by the heat-resisting stainless steel plate which bends to the ripple shape. It still performs good under high temperatures.
The electric motor running under the stepless speed regulation and the frequency control, setting and frapping the belt through the main transmission’s chain wheel transmission, together with assisting chain wheel, the pin spacing pinch roller. It also equipped with power-down protector. It can roll the net belt manually when the power is out, incase of the halt of the net belt’s running lead to the burnout of net belt and woekpiece inside.
The heating temperature control unit table uses Japan (SHIMA) Corporation’s intelligence temperature control unit. This instrument has arranged self-adjust and the standard PID operation module which could effectively prevent the overshoot of the temperature, at the same time, this instrument is equipped with function’s choice, function’s disposition and parameter’ set, and the set value and the actual value can be shown by figure. The major heating instrument uses the SCR series assembled three-phase thyristor power controller, adopting continuously the non-make-and-break type, which is not the traditional electrical make-and-break type, but continually adjust the heating power automatically according to the request of the warm controllers. It is in high precision when it faced high-power temperature controller. And it produced no noise and has nil interference to the inner power network.
